The X stands for the unknown — for the diver who goes anonymous and the depths that never announce what's down there. The Freediver X pairs a marine-black ceramic-bezel build with a Japanese automatic movement and a 200M pressure-tested case, so the same watch handles the descent and everything that follows it.
Marine Black, Down To The Bezel
A matte-black dial sits inside a 40mm 316L stainless-steel case, framed by a black ceramic bezel insert that resists scratching and keeps its colour season after season. Raised 3D indices give the dial depth and make it readable at a glance, while anti-reflective sapphire keeps it clear in hard light. Turn it over for the engraved Freediver caseback, finished with a ceramic inlay.

At its core, the Japanese NH35 automatic converts wrist motion into mechanical power — no battery, no charging. It runs at 21,600 vibrations per hour on 21 jewels, holds roughly 40 hours of reserve when fully wound, and adds hand-winding and stop-seconds so you can set it precisely. The date sits cleanly in the analog layout without crowding it.
