Every watch we stock carries a 30-day no questions asked return-for-refund-or-exchange policy.

What happens when a watch needs repairs?
If the local watch repair center cannot repair your watch, send it back to us – even if it is past the 30-day return period. We will repair it and courier it back to you. Only shipping charges will be applied.

What does the warranty cover?
It covers failure of internal mechanism (or circuit). It does not cover scratches on the casing or the glass nor does it cover the bracelet or strap. Warranty is void in the event of self attempted repair.

Are the watches genuine?
Absolutely! Every watch is manufactured by us and is quality checked prior to dispatch.
