Exchange Policy:
We offer a no-questions-asked exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your watch, you can choose any other watch with the price difference topped up or refunded. You can also opt for the same watch model in exchange.

Please note that in case of an exchange, the new product will be shipped as soon as we receive the shipment from you.

In the event of a return or exchange, we issue a free return shipping label for the watch. To obtain a free return shipping label, please get in touch with us through the contact form or email us at contact@ratiowatches.com. In case we are unable to provide a return shipping label for your location, please courier your watch to us and share the shipping invoice over an email, and we will refund the shipping cost.

Our watches undergo a stringent quality check before shipping them to you. If your watch is not working as expected, please write to us immediately.
